Epilepsy Foundation in Association with National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) conducts regular Monthly Camp in Maharashtra for detection and treatment of epilepsy. The First Camp was held on 08/04/2012 at Jawahar (Thane) & 2nd Camp at Ratnagiri on 27/05/2012 & we saw 367 Patients suffering from epilepsy of which 100 underwent EEG testing. 185 pts were counseling by the Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Occupation Therapy & Speech Therapy during the camp. We also did more than 25 pts underwent CT Scan.
This Month Camp will be on 24th June, 2012 at Civil Hospital, Satara.
